Hey there! So a month ago I started hitting the gym. My goal is to gain muscle mass, but just a little bit. I have problems in deciding what to eat after workout. I drink protein shakes and pair them with fruits, or have a cheat meal like cookies with that shake. Am I doing it right? Also, if I drink BCAA's when should I take them during, after or before a workout? Thank you.

Don't bother with BCAAs. I made the mistake of buying a ton of BCAA products before I reazlied my money is better spent elsewhere.
