Okay guys kinda stupid questions I have, but it doesn't hurt to ask I guess.
1. Do you guys warm up (pre-squatting) in the AdiPowers, or do you have another pair of shoes for like dynamic stretching and then switch into the AdiPowers before getting under the bar? Reason for this is that I'm wondering what you guys do to "preserve" the shoes as best as possible.
2. Do you guys walk around for the rest of your leg day in the AdiPowers, or change to another pair to again "preserve" the shoes?

Myself, I warm up in vibrams five fingers so that I can get a really good feel for how my foot is moving, and work on the whole "grabbing the floor" concept, then I switch to my adipowers for the main lifts, and for accessories afterwards, I will either switch to indoor soccer shoes if my accessory work is more athletic, like lunges, etc, or if I am doing more of a bodybuilding style accessory I'll switch to a tennis style shoe.

After seeing a hard workout you may want to complain and want others to pity you for the work you have to do. Your mom will pity you. Your girl will pity you. I may pity you, but your competition will not pity you. They will step on you, walk over you and spit on you. Boris Sheiko

I wear my Romaleos for everything. If you want to get comfortable squatting in them, it's good to wear them every chance you can get. For most of us, the shoes will last for lifetime so I don't understand why people would need to worry about keeping them so clean. Might as well start wearing them for every gym session and get my money's worth. Besides, if your shoes ever break down and get dirty, you can use this as an excuse to buy the next Romaleos/AdiPowers when they come out.

I only wore my DoWin's for squatting movments when I wore them. But they had a pretty cheap rubber strip on the sole that would wear out quick if I didn't.

I wear them when I go to work, I wear them when I go to the grocery store, I wear them when I go to the movie. I pretty much wear them all the time so people know that I lift.
