Good Morning Misc.......
With all the horrible news out there and losing yet another miscer to cancer I felt we could use a Morning Motivation thread. Feel free to ask questions and receive motivation about life, lifting or anything that is on your mind.
This is NOT a secret rep trade thread, so if you beg for reps or even mention someones rep count yes I will neg you.
No bashing, hating or trolling.
Everyone is welcome whether you have a 2002 join date or a 2013 join date it does not matter, whether you are red or green it does not matter.
And what better way to start the morning with a good cup of coffee.......

Just go to bed at the designated time and don't have the TV on or anything that stimulates the mind.
Studies show that you should keep a consistent bedtime and not sleep in more than two hours past your weekly wake up time.
If you go out on the weekends I don't think that will disrupt your sleep schedule to much, I know that regardless if I go to sleep at 9pm or 1 am my body is automatically up by 6 am the next morning.
Oh noooooo ok will keep an eye on you if I see you miscing all day, I'm calling you out on it. I want to hear that you studied all day tomorrow (your tomorrow which I guess will be my tonight lol)
