Bro splits are fine
Everyone is different
Frequency is not the only key factor
Do what you enjoy and what you respond best to
Edit: I didn't know I posted this in tmisc... I'm sure I didn't actually... hm

I tried ICF.. my body hated it, i got no pump at all. It didn't feel good.
My mind hated it, it was boring. Too lengthy. I lost motivation by doing it.
Just wish newcomers who enjoy bro splitting realise they can achieve and its all about consistency
On what terms do you think he meant?... trollI love festivals, dance music, philosophy, training, drumming...

Everyone responds differently.
I enjoy bro splits but I won't take any rest days, I felt that was too much time off per muscle group.
I am enjoying ppl more though. I modified my own version and added a few accessory exercises that I enjoy and it's treating me pretty well I'm seeing great strength gains.

I've tried a ton of different splits and bro is still my favorite.
My body just seems to respond better to more isolated movements rather than benching and shoulder pressing in the same day, for example.
Plus the pump I get is legendaryThe best advice that I was ever given, was to give up.
(It fuarkin means people pushed me to try harder in order to disappoint them, you idiots.)
