New Around Here, this year is the year to get fit for me , I've been burly all my life , but always out of shape. I recently got P90x and Ten Minute Trainer , I intend to make good use of them this year. Trying to return to twelfth grade in August anew. I've always been Birly , not too muscular not to fat , i'm thick build , but the extra fat I've got make it look like i'm overweight ( well fat ) . Just turned 16 in Dec , i'm 248 lbs , if i were to get down to 12 percent body fat i'd probably be like 200 lbs or there abouts , i'd like to work on muscle building and getting a little more swole this year so thats in mind. TO cut the fat i'm buying Forskolin and Raspberry Ketones , What do you guys suggest for muscle building ( Arginine , Whey Protein, Lecithin ? )
