I'm on a bulk right now which is going well but I feel like I'm not fully recovered when I hit each bodypart again. I hit everything once a week and I'm still sore sometimes when that part comes back around. Given, I am 47 and beating myself up pretty hard in the gym. Any recommendations for a supp to aid in recovery?
Current supps:
creatine 5g per day
beta alanine 4g per day (2am, 2pm)
taurine 3g per day
whey
casein
fish oil
multi
10-12 uni liver per day
Diet is good at mostly chicken, oats, peanut butter, pasta and supps
It's mostly just aminos that help in recovery, yes? I figure I'm getting enough protein that I should be good; I just don't know why I'm sore for so long. Age maybe....
Thanks

In terms of supps, I'd look at LCLT and HMB.
You might also want to consider foam rolling/stretching post workout. I find that they help with soreness. You can't help the hopeless.

what are your macro ratios if you don't mind me asking? you most likely are not getting enough complex carbs to rebuild your muscles and your energy. Also, Look at glutamine 5g pre and 5 grams post workout (just get unflavored and mix it into anyone of your protein shakes or pre workouts)

LCLT is a very good one. As far as HMB goes, ClearMuscle is an excellent source for that. It allows a user to train with more volume and frequency. Diet and sufficient rest is the most important things as far as recovery goes though.

If you want to cover a whole lot of recovery aids (and ergogenic aids) in one then I'd strongly suggest checking out Ergonine which contains several of your top recommendations in this thread so far such as LCLT and HICA
It would cover creatine for you, so you wouldn't need to purchase that solo anymore if you tried this out. It would also give you the creatine/TMG (betaine anhydrous) synergy to enhance overall creatine effects. As a potent methyl donor, supplementing with TMG increases natural production of creatine, on top of the amount you are supplementing with directly.
Pretty well every ingredient of the product should assist recovery, from a number of angles as well.
Right now it is on BOGO 50% as well, and marked down!

As long as your training is set up for optimal adaptions and recovery, nutrition goals are consistently being met (cals and macros) & you're getting adequate sleep, stretching + foam rolling then LCLT, L-anyl-l-glutamine, HICA and CM/L-Cit have been shown to potentially aid in recovery:
Take a look at BodyForge Ultra as it contains 3 of the 4 ingredients listed above
Other ergogenic filled products that can help aid in recovery:
Carbon Recover
iForce Finish Line
Olympus Labs Tr1umph
PES Ergonine

welcome to old age it sucks. I've yet to find the magical formula, but I will say increasing my water intake has helped. tons of stretching and Ergogenix ErgoBcaa, and recently I've been trying Blue stars Post factor. But mostly we are a product of a young mind and old body and recovery just isn't as swift anymore. Sometimes we just need to dial it back ever so often.

^This.
Also, are you eating in a caloric deficit, maintenance, or surplus? Diet and calories play the biggest role in recovery. Cutting is when you can expect soreness because your body isn't taking in enough calories to heal at a fast rate. Maintenance or a surplus you shouldn't be getting much soreness beyond 24-36 hours of training whichever bodypart you trained.
Sleep will also play a role. How much sleep do you get per night?Progressive overload + progressive eating = gains. Simple as that!
