    serious mass vs oats ?

    which is better for bulking serious mass weight gainer or the same amount of calories in jam oats and milk ?

    I would go with the oats & milk. Never tried mixing jam into a shake before. I believe it would taste a lot better than the serious mass gainer thing, and it should be cheaper as well.

    Oats, milk, and jam all day.. Pretty sure it taste better and more satisfying than any gainer shake you can buy..

    Couldnt agree more. Only time I would drink a gainer shake is if your having trouble reaching your macros and its easier for you to chug something down real quick than having a big meal.
