    MISC, if you lift, SQUAT

    i know you have heard this over & over but its true, if you wanna get big, u gotta squat. that simple.

    i stopped squating and deadlifting this summer (dont really know why) and i gained 5 pounds. i honestly think 90% of that was fat. gained hardly any strength. it sucks.

    i squated today for the first time in months again and i got a sick pump in my legs & shiit. if you arnt squating, you are cheating yourself of your true potential. just keeping it real.

    You do realize doing squats will increase your overall size? Increased testosterone etc, meaning you can build those other more valued muscles even larger than what you're able to right now without squats.

    dude i went to the gym yesterday with my friend to do legs, and some big guy with a huge chest and big biceps was using the rack for the bar to curl(we just laughed)...he went to get a drink of water adter his "set" and we snagged that **** before he got back and loaded the plates and he just bert stared and left while we chuckled...**** em.

    Actually i could care less, I'm doing my squats and it shows. Other guys can keep slacking and keep them chicken legs if they want.

    Most Misc don't lift and wouldn't dare squat if they did.

    I totally agree with you though. My legs are strong as fuk for my weight. I work out with 315 on squats. I only workout with 80 pound dumbells on bench though...sucks!
