Hey, I'm starting my first bulk since cutting and losing 31lbs in 3 months. Made up a diet plan and would like to know what people think of it. Suggestions for improving welcome.
(7am)-Meal 1:
Weetabix/Oats + Fish Oil + Vitamin C + Multivitamin Tablet
Maximuscle Progain w/ 400ml Semi-Skimmed Milk
(10am)-Meal 2:
2x Turkey Breast, Rice, Beans
(1pm)-Meal 3:
Chicken Breast, Rice, Beans
(3pm)–Meal 4:
Maximuscle Protein Shake
(4pm)-Snack:
2x Toasted Bagels w/ peanut butter
(5pm)-Meal 5:
Chicken Breast, Mash, Peas, Gravy
(7pm)-Pre-Workout:
N.O Xplode
(9pm)-Post-Workout:
Maximuscle Protein Shake
Total: Kcal:2,900-3,000 - Protein: 240g - Fat: 59g

cals aren't bad, especially coming from a diet. stick with it for a week or two and adjust from there
EDIT: lower your protein man, add in some more healthy fats. and what is that maximuslce crap you're eating in the morning? replace that with eggsMy training log:
