It takes me about 2 days. I hate it because its like I'm wasting those 2 days where I could be losing weight. being in keto for only 3 days seems too little. I don't want to completely get rid of carb ups but maybe Im going to hard on them. any suggestions?
for carb ups I mainly only eat spaghetii but sometimes i may get a fast food meal or something like that..

After Carb up how long does it take you to get back in keto?

If it takes you two days, then you have probably over done the carbs, or are not working out intensely enough.
Use the carb-up to power you though an absolutely killer leg or back workout. While you've got the glycogen there, try to increase all your personal bests. Really go for it.
Ketosis is handy, but it's not magic. If you are in a calorie deficit, it doesn't matter very much if you are in ketosis or not, so those days are not wasted.
However, I would cut out the fast food on carb-up. They always have a substantial amount of fat, and fat on carb-up can easily result in overspill.65% fat, 30% protein, 5% carbs = keto.

Yea I do legs on Monday and then a 30-45 minute fast walk after adn I am back in Ketosis that night. Mind you my Carb ups are pretty much only sunday afternoon and dinner. I eat a bit of junk for sure as a cheat for sanity but monday is peretty much Eggs, eggs, and eggs witha a little creamcheese treat later in the evening. Focus your workouts and your week around that carb up and have a plan. Don't float through the weeks just eating Keto foods and then thinking you can just start and finish a carb up at a whim.
