In ! Right now the goals for the summer are to continue the cut and work slowly on the body recomp. MyThermo and TheWhey would be perfect additions to help curb some the appetite and also a delicious way to get my protein in without the extra calories. Plus the taste is great!! nice Promo! perfect for someone like me thats always looking for help in losing a few pounds of fat and getting fitter.
One of my big goals this summer is to try new things...especially out of the gym. I’m totally game for trying new fitness adventures. I'm hoping to add some aerial yoga, and have plans to try the trapeze workout this summer with some girlfriends who do it regularly. I want to continue with my novice rock climbing and have some outdoor backpacking adventures as well.
i just hope i can find the time...whew!

My goals for the summer:
1. Finish off my thesis and start my research study for my masters program
2. Do everything in my power to display the most competitive physique at my up coming bodybuilding show
3. After my show I am looking for a new goal. I am thinking about entering an iron man. I got the idea from Kris Gethin's new trainer and I really like the idea. I am not sure what I am going to pick exactly but after my show I am going to pick a fitness goal that is performance based instead of physique based.
And yes...summer's finally here!!!

My goal is simple: to finally see my abs. I grew up a super chubby kid and ballooned up to 250lbs at one point, so I haven't seen my abs in my entire life. But for the first time, I'm in a stretch where my focus and discipline is better than it's ever been. I've cut to a point where I'm finally starting to see some definition and even though I know it'll come last, I think having visible abs is a possibility for the first time.
Stop it. Get some help.

My goal for the summer is to graduate from US Army Ranger School. I'll be headed there at the end of July. It's the Army's premier leadership and tactics school and one of the toughest military challenges in the world. Between now and then I'm preparing my body and mind for the hardships ahead. I'm definitely in to win some protein powder!
Thanks for the opportunity.Army Vet (11A)

Well since I am 9 weeks postpartum my summer goals are to get the last of the 10lbs I have left from the baby weight I gained during pregnancy and keep it offf. I would like to step back on stage in the begining of next year, so I definitely will need to shred up and add as little muscle mass to my upper body.

Yesss! I'm so in, and I really wanna try this TheWhey business so just hoping to place haha.
My summer goal is pretty concrete: Build the glutes! Srsly though, my squat form needs work and I need to lower the volume and add the plates. I find that results are best achieved when you hone in on one weakness, and this summer I'm putting focus on the butt.
