Is natural bodybuilding healthier than a non bodybuilding person?
Having below 10 percent body fat all year round is healthy or not?
And eating 3000 sometimes 8000 calories a day is healthy or unhealthy while bodybuilding?
Basically I was wondering if someone who bodybuilds naturally is healthier than someone who doesn't but eats an ok diet.
I don't mean pro bodybuilders though I think 99 percent of them are on some kind of juice these days and have trouble breathing and have crappy cardio.

No, your muscles are not some ****ing sentient beings that you need to throw surprise parties for. No, eating 6 times a day is crap + irrelevant." - MrB1g

A natural BBer who observes cardio and proper dieting is a healthy individual.
However that rarely applies, since most juice, and dont practice proper dieting or cardio, and many have high blood pressure. Not to mention having extraneous mass on your body frame puts more pressure on the heart.Need a bit of change for sups? This is what I use, and its totally legit.

Most people don't do cardio either though... What about a bber who isn't on juice and eats an ok diet ( 3000-4000 calories ) who doesn't do cardio vs a non bber who also eats an ok diet ( 2000 calories ) and also doesn't do cardio.
Who would be more healthy? The bber would be stronger boned and stronger but what about health and who would live a healthier longer life... I wasn't sure although I thought the natural bber would be

Muscles are organs. Its important to have them. Low back pain is less common in weightlifters then in the average person. Most weightlifters are pretty good at sprinting for example and you will notice that your heart gets worked when you do heavy deadlifts and squats. IMO its very healthy and MORE healthy then other sports, for example marathon runners have more signs of heart problems.

In terms of exercise, a bodybuilder is healthier since he's constantly moving around, doesn't allow muscles to atrophy as much. Below 10% can be dangerous depending on factors like water intake, and prolonged exposure to low BF % can sometimes have adverse effects on health. Though, most people here who bulk usually jump to 12-17% BF, which is within a healthy range. People who go below 10% BF usually do it for the summer or a competition. Eating calories in the 3-8K range is another factor that depends on your weight and how much weight you want to gain or maintain. Most people here want to bulk and so they eat more calories. Also, don't forget that some here are 200+lb. so they need more calories to maintain weight.*

5%?? Seems pretty low for a boxer since a lot of pro boxers arent 5%. Look at connor mc he is no where near 5%. But being less than 5% is not really healthy since everyone needs some fat on their body. 7-10% is something i'm personally aiming for. No lower. But i haven't really read up on it but 5% seems very low for a boxer. But 7% is great.
Ignore my rep... Take my advice. Its good.

The only thing I've ever seen that was "unhealthy" was that our bodies are not intended for this, and that you're forcing your body to grow. But everything is is pretty much healthy.
Started as a twig, now a slightly bigger twig.
Bench Press; 150 lbs. at 122 lb. bodyweight.
Deadlift; 235 lbs. at 122 lb. bodyweight.
Squat; 185 lbs. at 122 lb. bodyweight.
