ive used it many times
my top 3 fav supps
not much mass gain, but always incredible strength gains

unfortunately, im never able to keep all of the strength gains (probably around 80% of them)
this time im running 2 cans back to back and maybe thatll help
im also running maxout with this

I took it with Pump+Pak for a period of time.

for the first 2 cans i felt like it added to my workout (i was taking pump+pak before)
My muscles felts denser and looked fuller, and i was able to lift a little more (and maintain my gains better)

It seemed like M-Stack + pump worked better for me then taking pump alone.
After the 2nd can i didnt get that full-dense muscle feel i was getting at first.

If u can get it for under 30~ its worth it.

I am not 100% sure on what it did help beside what i mentioned, but as i said i did notice some small improvment so i guess you should go for it

i'm using it right now.. if u dont change u'r diet, u get strong n quite tight, but if u stack with a weight gainer n eat up.. u put some lean mass..

Great Product used it 2 times i had amazing strength increases, not to much weight gain but i DID gain weight i would say 90% of which was muscle

Honestly, it did nothing for me. I was looking for at least an increased appetite but not even that. I suppose I'm one of the unlucky few that didn't respond whatsoever.

I'm currently taking Pump and Cuts though. Pump, I can't say with absolutely certainty has helped me a great deal, but I take it anyways, helps my motivation.

Cuts seems like it's working quite well so far, although I've only been on for 3 days.

Anyways, I'd still try M-stak and see if it works for you. Alot of good reviews.

are you taking pump everyday? empty stomach before workout? (abt 1hr 30 after you ate)
take a month off it.

My first can I just took it on workout days and I felt some effects.
The second can I took everyday, and I didn't feel any difference.
This third can I'm taking just on workout days, and taking the stimulants only when I need too. I feel a MUCH greater effect when I take the stimulant with less frequency.
And yes on the empty stomach.
