Hello guys
I am on a fat loss schedule in which my schedule is like
5 Days per week of Lifting
3 Days per week ABS
6 Days per week cardio (20 Mins Post Workout)
More than the schedule I try to do 30 Mins of fasted cardio in the morning (Not pretty much everyday but 3-4 times per week as its not in the schedule)
My diet is about 2000 cals per day (200 Protein, 150 Carbs, 80 Fat)
1) Is this schedule that I am following any good? Can I lose fat on this? If any amendment required please tell.
2) How do I measure the intensity of the cardio I am doing? My favorite is ARC Trainer but I do Jogging on treadmill or stationary bike other than that.
I Tend to measure intensity by my Heart Rate (I keep it between 150-160 while doing cardio. Its about 75-80% Max HRT as I am 23YO.).
Is this method of measuring cardio intensity good? If yes, how much Heart rate is optimal to maintain during cardio?
