Hey guy's i need some advise. Recently I've been dealing with what they call Upper crossed syndrome, and i get headaches constantly especially if i play sports like soccer. I mostly blame it on using my phone excessively. I'm trying to figure out what exercises i should do for Upper crossed syndrome, please let me know. I looked online, and still can't figure out which exercises are the best for upper crossed syndrome. Thanks in advance.
