Funnest is not a word.
How much fun is any federation before you compete in it? I don't understand how signing up, paying a registration fee, and waiting to find out what flight you are in could be fun.You can't help the hopeless.

I know you are trying to make fun of the SPF here, but I have been to a couple of SPF meets over the last year and the judging was great for everyone. I think after the Powerlifting Watch/SPF stuff last year the SPF really got their judging in order. I saw a number of multiply squats get called high last year (that may have been white lighted in the past). As a result I am now lifting in the SPF and having a great time at their meets.
As for the new categories of competition (slingshot bench or strap deadlift) I'm not sure I see this as a bad thing...those are not used in full power and to be honest, might make a competition a bit more interesting to watch if anyone actually competes in them...who knowsDead Lift till you puke crew!
