I have an issue with binging myself. Keep progresso soup nearby, so when you want to binge you can eat 3-4 cans of soup at 120 calories each; it helps with the ruined calories.
Just treat it as a mistake and move on.Life is easy when you take personal responsibility

Yeah - I think it will be fine, especially if it gives you more energy. I wouldn't worry too much about carbs, and more about calories/protein/fat needs. See the stickies in this and the Nutrition section for some more good info.
The best thing to do with binges is not to dwell on them or let them tornado into bad habits again. Just put it behind you and focus on your goals
Once you're better maybe do some extra cardio to punish yourself (that may help motivate you to not binge again in the future).

9,000 calories over 2 days is nothing. Or 9,000 calories each day? Either way, not a big deal. What did you eat? Last Friday I had about 8,000 calories: Large sweet pig pizza, 2 giant chicken stuffed baked potatoes, 2 rootbeers from BJ's, 2 orders of PF Chang's Kung Pao chicken and an order of their chicken fried rice and some various other little snacks. Within 24 hours I was back to normal weight.... Moral of the story, it's not a big deal especially if you're in a consistent deficit. I've found that the math only works out if you consistently eat like a fatass. Once every 10-15 days works just fine as long as you're strict the rest of the time.

Thanks!
On Tuesday night I was having pizza cravings but the shops were closed so I had about 9 slices of bread, a glucerma shake, an entire package of cheese, about 4 swiss cheese squares, 2 raisin muffins, a glass of milk, a can of garbanzo beans, a bag of nuts and raisins. A can of evaporated milk and a can of vienna sausages also
The day after that I chose to resume my regular deficit, I got bored midday and kept thinking about the pizza, So I went out, got 2 slices of BBQ chicken pizza, a whole box of peppridge farm chocolate cookies, a hot chocolate, yogurt almonds. Then after that I was gonna try to walk it off and got to work, It was my managers birthday So I had about 3 servings of her cake, Then after that I went to the spanish restaurant and had yellow rice, beans, and rotisserie chicken with potatoes, came home and had an apple, a glass of milk, then a pastrami sandwich until I couldnt move.
