I'm using Orange Triad, and I can say without a doubt, that I feel a difference when taking it. My joints feel good, and my overall health is excellent, haven't fallen sick at all!
But I started looking at ZMA for better sleep. I'm interested in it, and want to try it out. So I looked at the ingredients:
^interesting. But then I looked at the ingredients of my multi...
serving size = 6 Tablets (I take 3 in the morning, and 3 in the evening)
Vitamin B6 (as Pyridoxine) 30mg
Magnesium (as Magnesium Chelate) 100mg
Zinc (as Zinc Citrate) 30mg
So you can see my dilemma. Is Magnesium available on its own? And if so, should I just take Magnesium at night with 3 Tablets of my Multi? Keep in mind, that 3 Tablets only = 15mg, 50mg, 15mg respectively.
Don't know what to do. Please advise!

SRS question about ZMA if I'm already taking a VERY GOOD Multi...
GAME 6 + 7 = BOTH IN MIAMI.
Heat win Game 6 (they haven't lost a back to back in 6 months)
SO FAR: each team has won 3, lost 3...
SO NOW IT COMES DOWN TO GAME 7 (IN MIAMI). LOL if you think SAS would win a GAME 7 in MIAMI.
MIAMI = 2013 World NBA Champions!

just take three of those before bed. i have always slept better when taking zma. You could just purchase the zinc, magnesium, and b6 seperately and it would be alot cheaper.

a ****ty form of zinc will not be absorbed and utilized by your body like a higher quality zinc complex
I like OT, but the form of Zinc Citrate is not optimal --- see below:
http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/3630857
Ideally, you would want to supplement with Zinc CHELATE, which is found in another very awesome performance multivitamin that also contains clinically validated doses of beta alanine and carnitine l-tartrateSenior Gaspari Board Rep/Brand Ambassador
