I'm just getting back into the gym after almost of year of injury/surgery recovery and I'm trying to put together some macro's but I lost all my bookmarks of old threads with the macro's and calorie calculators can someone help me out?
I'm 260 pretty strong decent amount of muscle but lots of fat too. I'm doing 320p/350c/70f(old layne norton calculator but it's for contest prep and i'm nowhere close to that so I think i need a different one) which is 3300ish calories and about 500 below maintenance(obviously going for fat loss) I think is ok but does someone have a better method?
Also i'm mesomorph.
Thank you!
