    My Programme - Tips please

    I am 5'8", 15 Stone, mainly muscle.
    I am eating Wheats, bread, some Honey, Pasta, Tomatoes, Chicken, Turkey and Tuna.
    I walk to the gym which takes 30~ minutes, I train Biceps, Chest, Back and Abs on different days. I then walk home up a very steep hill which takes about an hour. I do this 5 days a week with the weekend as a break, only going swimming and cycling.

    Is this a good programme? How fast should I see results and is there anything I can change about it? I am looking to loose fat and Tone Muscles. Thanks
