I did my arms yesterday. I had about 3 meals in me... I put 2l of water in my jug and put 2 scoops cellucor cor bcaa and 1 scoop hemavol. All watermelon flavor. I started drinking that 1h after my last meal. Well 2,5h later i finished my jug and arived at the gym.
I fought trough the pain if the pump lol.. My arms looked twice as big for 30minutes then i shrunk.
Can anyone tell me how to keep a punp longer lol

It would be pointless to drink that tub on the way to the gym
Take the BCAA between meals spaced 4-6 hours apart or use them for pre-workout fasted training.
Hemavol + 6g of CM from the Cor BCAA is a lot of CM + The additional pump products in the Hemavol. I think you would be better off doing 24oz of water with the hemavol pre-workout and use the BCAA dosed between the meals as a bolus for your pre-workout meal and post-workout meal
for example
Pre-workout meal noon
BCAA's 2 PM with hemavol
Post-workout Meal 4:30-5PM
