First off.. Shout out to TMD17 and the Neogenix team for hooking me up with a chance to log Bodyforge 2.0 - "the ultimate stim free performance enhancing product! Users experience a huge increase in pumps, endurance, strength and recovery. This formula is designed specifically to propel users through the most insane workouts without the use of stimulants."
Well.... The goodies came in the mail today:
So on to the details of this log. A little about me. My short and long term goals are simple... continue to trim up, drop weight, and change my body type... keeping muscle mass up and drop body fat. Also, glad to cycle off stims and use a stim-free PW that can push me and give me that extra push.
Currently I'm:
5'11
236.6
Body Fat:? - but high 20's probably
Workouts
So because my schedule is crazy (I work 2 jobs), I'm trying to get the most out of the 1 time during the day I usually workout which is my lunch break. I decided to start doing Jim Stoppani's Shortcut To Shred. If you're unfamiliar with this workout, it's very different than any workout I've done. Basically, instead of rest periods, you do some type of cardio for 1 minute... then resume with your set. So for me, I typically do some type of plyo exercise for a minute in between sets. For more info... you can check it out in the workout plan section. These workouts usually last about a hour. Some days, I will try to get a second cardio session in, but since working 2 jobs it's been tough to do that.
Hopefully I'll get some before/after pics up on here too to track my progress.
Well, let's get this party started....

In on this! I am logging Supremacy at the moment and it is great. I had a sample of BF and the stuff is legit. I believe you are really going to enjoy this log while making some major progress.
I just started the Short Cut To Shred this past Sunday; it is no joke. I have never done any workout like it. I believe after 6 weeks of doing this we will both be shredded monsters. Good Luck!****GOLD LIST MEMBER****

Thoughts:
Still slowly getting use to these workouts... they are tough with no/little rest. I feel burned out half way through... especially on squat/deadlift back to back. My back is burning after.
It's too early to tell how I felt about BF 2.0. I usually try to wait until I've taken it 3-5 times before I give my initial thoughts, so I will wait probably until Friday before I do that."For bodily discipline is only of little profit, but godliness is profitable for all things..."

I know what you mean about feeling burned out. I did my day 3 this morning. I missed it last night, so I will be doubling up today (Day 3 this morning; Day 4 tonight). I got up at 4 this morning, and started lifting at 4:45. I did not finish until 6:10 and this was with no rest at all. I was struggling when it came to bicep time. I pushed through and felt like a beast when all was said and done. I do not enjoy it so much during the session, but I feel great when it is over. I believe there is a ton of progress to be made with this plan.

Took 2 scoops of BF 2.0 today... I think I felt 2 scoops better than just 1. Legs & lower back were a little sore from yesterday, but I've had way worse DOMS so this is nothing. I love the incline DB rows, they destroy your middle back. Glad you had a good workout. Prepare for your mind to be blown if you dose it 2 scoops 2 hours preworkout and 2 scoops 30min preworkout. Pumps and endurance of peace!!

I like the conservative approach you're taking towards assessing the effects. While it is nice to see rave reviews with the first use, I think your approach has more merit.
I'm confident you'll be pleased after a few more uses, especially if you follow the 2/2 dosing recommendations.
Thanks for the strong start to your log!Staples:

Took 2 scoops of BF 2.0 today...
Worked out at early morning today because I couldn't go at lunch. Dosed about 40 minutes before workout. Took me a while to really get going this morning... I think it's because it's been a while since I've got up early to workout. But once I got going, I put in some good work today. Now I'm going to have to try dosing like some of you suggested.... 2 scoops 2 hours before workout and then 2 scoops 30 minutes before... sounds nice"For bodily discipline is only of little profit, but godliness is profitable for all things..."

No rest. So I finish a set of skull crushers and jumped on the Spin bike for 1 minute... then off the bike and 2nd set of skull crushers... then back on the bike.... back and forth. Only "rest periods" are if I need to change weights and walking from 1 exercise to another.
Usually don't do "bike" but I did a lot of this workout down where the trainers/rehab are in my gym was so they have a spin bike down there. Usually I carry a plyo box or an aerobic platform with me and do the step ups or quick steps next to whatever piece of equipment I use. But yeah, there isn't any "rest" time in these workouts. Though towards the end, I'm definitely not doing high intensity cardio cuz I'm spent!"For bodily discipline is only of little profit, but godliness is profitable for all things..."

They really are man, but I'm actually enjoying them. They really push me. The program calls for 6 days on... problem is I've only done that 1 week... the other weeks have all been 5 days. I feel so burned and don't feel like getting up to do that 6th day!
Thanks. Hoping this workout and Pre pays off. Have been doing pretty good. This weekend probably set me back a little because I ate my butt off due to graduating and Mother's day. But oh well... you only live once. Back to a good week of work"For bodily discipline is only of little profit, but godliness is profitable for all things..."

Thoughts:
Wierd day... Felt really good at first, but about half way through my head started pounding - like a migraine. It went away after a while, but kinda threw off my focus and push. Forgot to do the 4 scoop dosing, so it was just 2 scoops 30 minutes PW this time. Still liking what I'm feeling right now, but want to up it and see how I feel.
Has anybody ever taken more than 2 scoops in 1 setting? Think it would be a problem to do so... seeing how I'm a pretty big guy, figured I'd try 3 scoops."For bodily discipline is only of little profit, but godliness is profitable for all things..."
