Not as good as you guys, but I've blasted past my bogy weight in squats and not have gone on to surpass it.
I always feel short on 100kgs, but after 5 weeks of GVT
60kg, 70kgs, 80kgs, 85kgs, 90kgs,..... 10x10
I've decided to go heavy, and after a few weeks...
I did
60kgsx10
100kgs (220lbs)x 6
110kgs (242lbs)x 5, and blew my tonsils out almost. Did I have to strain on the last one or what!!!
100kgs x 5 surprisingly these felt light until the third one
Best ever squat session for me weight wise.
So a pat on the back for me for getting past that bogy weight.

Ed mate, WELL DONE!
Ok listen, your progress looks identical to mine! Up until a couple of weeks ago, I was going up in gentle increments, from 90, to 95, to 100 and finally to 113kg.
Now, I posted here about the squat being an inherently dangerous excercise, and your body rightfully being shy of heavy weights. So, I BLASTED away on the legpress at an outside gym, and guess what?
My squat SHOT up from 113Kg for 6 reps to 150Kg for 5 in ONE week!!!
Try it!
Nice going mate,
JayBee.
