    What should my lifts be?

I know that I should have at least a 1.5-2x bw squat, what about deadlift/bench?

Here is a breakdown by weight. At your age don't concern yourself with how much you lift. Just try to get better every time.

There is no definitive answer to that question, nor is their a specific strength level at which every lifter "should be".

If your working hard and doing the best you can, your exactly where you should be.

If you can't do 2X bodyweight your first day in the gym, just give up. It's not worth it.

Everyone is different bro...they will come up with time...

ex. When I started getting serious about lifting, I could only max bench .75x my bodyweight. Now I can max bench 1.85x my bodyweight.

Just keep hittn it hard bro!

Like people said, there's no "place" you should be. Some people go into lifting with past experience in sports. Some people go in with bigger physiques whether it's from genetics or from jobs they've held, etc. Some people come in as couch potatoes. I came in as a recovering anemic who had just dropped 30 pounds in less than a month.

Just keep making progress, that's all that matters.
I want to touch the butt.
