ok i didnt know were to post this problem but what the hell and yes i know i already posted this in the nutrition section but we all know more people look in this section


ok heres the problem i cant eat because everytime i eat i get sick for sum reason (as in puke lol)

has anyone ever had this or know what it is and how to get rid of it because bodybuildin and not been able to eat dosnt go hand in hand

Have you seen a doctor for this? That would be the first thing I'd do.

Could be due to a million different reasons. The doctor should be the first place you go for this problem if you're getting sick after every meal.

Agreed if you're feeling that sick after eating I would definitely see a doc and have that checked out.

nope not sick no cold no flu nothin its only when i eat never had this before i can drink fine no problems milk etc but once i eat it starts

i aint whinin about **** man i just asked if anyone knew wot it woz iv had it for two weeks iv eatin till i got sick nearly every day and then sum im jus off a bak injury which took two months to heal doing exercises on it all day everyday icein,core work etc so dont ****in tell me man up

I'm currently having a similar problem, my stomach started bothering me tuesday afternoon and has been giving me problems since. I tried to fight through it wed and thurs with teh gym and normal eating etc, but it wasnt getting any better. I thought it was a 24hr bug or something, but eventually when it didnt go away I went to teh ER friday to get blood work done and i ended up getting a little over 2 bags of IV fluids cause i was so dehydrated from the sickness. the past 2 days now i've been eating very bland, basic foods and it has helped. I would suggest seeing a doctor and trying to rest more and be very careful of what you are eating. If your stomach is bad dont try to eat like a normal bodybuilder. Limit yourself to smaller portions of basic things like toast, applesauce, brown rice, jello, something like that that wont upset your stomach

Ya the dehydration was just me personally cause I couldnt get any water down and was losing it all through my upset stomach. Could be that you have some sort of gastro intestinal problem, or some sort of bug, not too sure, but from my experience the past few days i would just say be careful and dont mess around with things like that, u never know wat it could be

Could have picked up a bug from the gym, nasty f#$kers don't wipe down the equipment!
