Hello everyone,
This is the beginning of my new journal.
I have written one a few years ago. Alas, life toon over and I had to quit training at one point.
I hope you will like the read. Feel free to give advice.
Today, I started with the 5 again. Workout A on a real low level as I want to prevent injury and overuse.
Workout A
Squat 3x5 bar+20kg
Bench: 3x5 stang + 10kg
Pendlay Row: 3x8 bar
Face Pull 3x10 27kg
Triceps press down (?) 3x8 23kg *
Calf raises 3x8 bodyweight + 20kg *
* I replaced the 2 supersets with separated excersises because in my gym its logistic impossible to superset.
As a European, I am using kilograms. The bar is 20kg
I intentionally started lowest on Pendlay cuz of strained forearms and I want a real gradual increase
