    I just snapped my back up doing BB rows HELP

    it just gradually seized up and now I have no mobility.

    I'm 5lbs away from being shredded af and I need to teach a sloot a lesson

    A couple days ago I did still legged deadlines and went too heavy with bad form. I felt fine though, maybe the damage was already done and now this just made me finally feel it. Not sure if it works like that though

    Tightness is your body's way of saying - leave this alone and don't move it much while I'm fixing it. Let it rest and focus on gentle movement to maintain ROM and you can use heat and/or massage to increase blood flow to encourage faster repair. Give it 48 hours and you will probably be fine unless you're having acute pain while moving like a stab in your back. Then you have a more serious problem.

    You would be better off doing some kind of mild stretching if it's that bad and not overworking your hips. Your gains aren't going anywhere if you take a rest day and let your body recover, plus you'll be more likely to be able to lift properly sooner.

    Taking at least a day off and recovering will help in the long run over exacerbating your current state, let alone any potential injuries you might have. If you can see a reliable chiropractor, then that might be worth a go.
