    Forearm crackle when doing hammer curls

    I get an audible... loud even... crackle sound when I do hammer curls, or just curl with a non supinated grip

    The sound is coming from my forearm. Any idea what it is?

    Around 2 years ago, I was doing hammer curls, and must have pulled something in my forearm that had caused it.

    Not painful
    No lose of strength

    It's been around 2 years now though, wouldn't it have strengthen via daily living by now though? It's not even weak, it's literally just the noise... but I guess the noise indicates there's something still wrong. Can I really fix this via the method you mentioned?
