same weight, same set up and everything, but these felt/looked god awful today. (worst they've looked in a while but felt alright yet i barely felt them, could get no mind muscle connection). these moved so fast last week. (i'm just gonna post all 5 sets that i have recorded) (don't have the last set of 6 because i had to stop half way through because form felt way off)
realize it's amit of videos, so if anyone takes time to look at these, let me know what you think and what i can do to improve (and if they looked as awful as i think ahaa)
