I'm asking because I was convicted of "Fraud Under 5000" (Canadian penal code) a few months ago. Didn't feel like flipping burgers at fucking McDicks or Wendy's so I scammed some guy out of $4500 selling an item that didn't exist using an EFT (electronic fund transfer) and walked away with the money. Felt real good having money for the first time in my life, didn't feel real good getting a knock on the door by local enforcement then getting cuffed in front of my mother.

But has anybody here actually racked up convictions for more hefty crimes, and maybe stepped foot into a prison cell?

Got arrested once for B and E. Spent three days in jail. ****ing sucked. They took my car.

The kicker is I did not do it. The charges were dropped nolo pros and my arrest record was expunged. ****ing sucked.

I have been arrested a few times...no felonies though. How long will that charge be on your record?

Yes, I went to jail and prison (both but at different times.) They said I did some crimes, but it's not true, but they can lie about anything and lock you up. That's why I started to do nutrition and weights. A barbell will never say "We got you on video", it's just quiet and if you lift it up you win the case. There is no judge there saying he wants to make sure you stay locked up.

The worst about jail is that you can't get just plain eggs. They will give you noodles, or some cut up vegetables. Vegetables are colored like M&M but they taste like sand and have water on them. I would rather have a big box of plain eggs instead of the s---- they give you in jail. Then they give you a cake and a guy takes it and says "if you want it back then tattoo my name on your arm." I don't want my arm to say some s---- name like Dustin so I just let him eat it.

$4000+ in cash is a lot for an 18 year old.

Especially if it's only from a few hours of effort.

You probably had to work 8 hours a day 5 days a week through the entire summer to accumulate that.

You could have easily saved that much, or taken out loans while you worked part-time and went to university to actually get a real job. Or just work in a warehouse of a decent sized company and work your way up.

Yeah man it sucks. Spent 3 1/2 years in prison. Was real bad on drugs. But I did my time and have it on my record forever. Sucks but I made my bed so now I have to lay in it. Life goes on. Only have myself to blame.

I got put in a prison cell last weekend for being drunk and disorderly, spent a night in the cell and got a �90 fine, thank fuk i didnt get a criminal record though.

Was pissed up after a night of clubbing and I picked up a pint glass off the floor and threw it across the street for no real reason, the second that pint glass left my hand a cop car was right behind me. What a fukking idiot I am.

Got a couple felonies when I was 15, was on house arrest for a little while. Straightened up and never again, got cleared off of my record with a differed disposition and now no one would believe I've been there
