Thanks guys!.. I gained about 35 pounds in about 8 months.. I was about 182 in August. My lifts have gone up from :

Db bench 100s for 4 to 125s for 10
Deadlift: 315 to 515
Barbell rows: 185 to 315
Squat: 225 to 405

I just want to look bigger when I cut haha.. That's all

haha bro i was at 5500 calories a day before..

and i am diabetic.. i cant cut my carbs down too drastically.. my carbs were at about 850 before so i dropped them to 500.. thats still a pretty big drop for me
