    Help for Leg Day (Reps)

In need of a new leg day, need suggestions...going to be doing it 2 times a week. Currently I do 3 sets of squats, leg press, leg extension, leg curls....but I'm not feeling like I'm getting enough volume in just 12 sets of legs (calves are not a problem here, though).

    Thanks brahs

I'm doing squat 5x5, barbell glute bridges 3x10, walking lunges 3x10 (each leg so 3x20), super set leg extensions and leg curls 3x15, then burn out light weight leg press 25-30 until failure. If you you aren't wobbling out of the gym by the end of this you didn't do it right. lol

All of this I get done within an hour to an hour and a half including my calves.

Put light weight in squat and burn out OP. That's how I always end my workout.

Agreed. I feel like my legs did nothing if I don't have some form of burn out in the end.
