I feel great, tired but happy
I would also say that I am stronger and fitter than I was 10 or more years ago

I personally feel very weak and tired. Age sets in I guess. My life ended sometime at 35, its all downhill from there. Lifting only seem to accelerate aging...Originally Posted by HEDD45

I feel fine also. I may be the most "mature" woman in the free weights area, and it doesn't bother me at all. Once in a while I see a youngin' raise an eyebrow at me, and I just carry on. I believe training has kept me feeling young.
