How many of you guys are caffine addicts? I've been struggling to slow down on the stuff for the last couple months, but it seems like every time I do I get a ****ty week at school and I start downing cups left and right. Then I start of drinking it on a regular basis. So anyway I'm curious to see how many others are addicted to caffine. Here is my usual day as far as stimulants are conscerned...
-Wake up at 7:30 - 1 cup
-Out of class at 9:20 - 1 cup
-Work out at 12:30 - 2 scoops of white flood
-Done with class at 4:00 - 1 more cup around 5:00
So how many caffine/other stimulant drinks do you consume per day?

just jack3d before workouts, theres sometimes the occasional coffee or redbull every now and then, but definatly not an addiction

Last year I used to drink about 3-4 cans of soda a day. **** load of caffeine never had the coffee craze though.

i drink mabye 6 glasses of soda a day + 2 liters that i drink in class. Other day i took 4x5 hour energy drinks (extra strength) at once and still fell asleep. Yesterday i took 400 mg of caffeine and i still fell asleep.

definite addict over here, two SUPER big gulps at 7-11 a day. One in the morning to get me going and one with or after lunch as a pick me up. Coke Zero 44ounces times two, so I put 5+.

i take a caffeine pill 2-3 times a week in the morning.
take a preworkout stim drink 5 times a week.
i like caffeine because it makes me productive, and helps me get things done. as of right now, i can go days without taking it and feel finePhD Candidate, Genetics.

I used to drink it a lot. stopped cuz it works as an appetite suppressant.

Yeah I go through 1-2 bottles of coke every few days it's getting pretty ridiculous.. Though I also go through like 6-7pints of milk a week
