    Band work rep ranges

You PL guys love bands, so do I for OL squats. Like to stick around 3-5rep range but would there be any benefit doing higher reps because to me it just feels like cardio doing past 5 reps.

I personally think it would chew you up too much.
You wouldn't be able to do it for long. Your midsection would fatigue too much and I think you would open yourself up for an injury.

I hope you dont plan to do them everyday!

I don't like to go above 3 reps with bands. You're just asking for problems with higher reps.

I cant see the point in going over 5 reps using bands or any other sort of dynamic training techniques. My joints & connective tissue will thank me for stopping at 3-5 reps

Agreed. 1-3 is best. A lot of sets is no problem, but no long sets.
