You PL guys love bands, so do I for OL squats. Like to stick around 3-5rep range but would there be any benefit doing higher reps because to me it just feels like cardio doing past 5 reps.

I personally think it would chew you up too much.
You wouldn't be able to do it for long. Your midsection would fatigue too much and I think you would open yourself up for an injury.
I hope you dont plan to do them everyday!Everything I post is my opinion. However my opinion is based upon things I have done, seen or implemented with others.
You can take it or leave it. After all...you are entitled to your own opinion

I don't like to go above 3 reps with bands. You're just asking for problems with higher reps.
