Brb zoning out of MC to run up to UBRS and Mind Controlling the guards to put the Fire Resist buff on the entire raid then running back down to MC to get ONE SHOT at him and get the server first

BRB running an instance for a drop, get to boss, no drop, reset instance try again.
So many times we did this in WoW for crap for Raids. Epic fun with a group of 4 IRL friends all on vent/ts though.

history of my MMO career...
1998 - 2001 played Ultima online, pretty serious PKing and epic thievery.... Quit when AoS came out.
2001-2002 Played Star Wars Galaxies. Loved the game was one of the first on server to get 4-4-4-4 Jedi Knight. Epic 25 on 1 battles and complete pwnage of everyone.
2002-2005 Played Everquest 2, was in a world wide ranked raiding guild had an 80 warlock/80 Shadowknight, completely decked out in Raid Gear etc. etc..

Me and my guild had all the server firsts up to TBC expansion in WoW.
We got super-trashed every night in Vent when we were raiding. Was ridiculous.

I'm really on the fence about raiding. Right now I'm on the off cycle of WoW where I'm not very into it, mainly because I wasn't really doing anything in it. I'm at the point where I need to go into hardcore mode, or not play at all. I think I'll choose the not play at all for a while, then when the new expansion hits I'll level up and go through the same thing.Originally Posted by Dave P

I don't think I'll ever understand hardcore raiders. It's fun to see the environment, mobs, boss battles etc, but actually grinding it over and over? That's some crazy ****. Brb raiding to get better gear so I can get better at raidingOriginally Posted by TheStender
