    ground cinnamon

I was googling ground cinnamon to see if it had sugar in it then came across this, somewhat of an interesting skim read about the benefits of ground cinnamon

i was further wasting time searching around this website and it has in depth nutritional information which is kind of interesting too, like here is the breakdown for blueberries

I was pretty sure it didn't but wanted to make sure because I bought ground cinnamon and saw cinnamon sugar next to it on the shelf, and I put a bunch of the ground cinnamon in milled flax blueberry muffins I made last night. I had never really looked into the difference between cinnamon sugar and ground cinnamon but apparently it's just sugar.
