    Eggplant "galette" & Ricotta

    Hi ! I just want to share my latest recipe which I found by mistake.

    ***********Ingredients ***********
    -1 eggplant
    -250g ricotta ( or less ; as you wish)
    -1 cofee spoon of honey
    - some milk (1 tablespoon if it's necessary)

    ***********Preparation***********
    Preheat the oven at 180-200°

    You have to cut the eggplant in the form of puck and pan them fry.
    After you done that , dispose a first layer of them in an oven dish.

    Next mix ricotta-honey and milk together and of course spice it with salt and pepper maybe if you like thyme

    Put a part of the mixture on the first layer of eggplant's puck
    Dispose again a layer of pucks and repeat those steps untill the end !! Be carefull to finish by ricotta mixture

    Place the dish in the oven and leave it for 30-40min

    So if you found it by mistake, technically it's not YOUR recipe lol JK love me some eggplant though, I have a eggplant salad recipe passed down from my grandmother, great cold salad for the summer
