    I cannot give an constructive advice because of the angle of the camera.
    I would say to try to keep your hips higher in the future so you can lift more weight, but that might just be because of the plates.

    yah i know the angle isnt the greatest haha but i don't have much space at my house

    -I've been told to keep my hips low, this is my third form check and both the others my hips were higher

    You should keep it high enough so that you are not "squatting" the weight up and you lose leverage, but not too high or more stress will be on the low back. As long as it feels good for you.
