Back a few years ago a friend who is a bodybuilding competitor said that I should try it for fun. Well in 2019 my training partner competed in the Diamond Cup and I went to watch. Afterwards I agreed to train with the goal of eventually competing. Well Covid19 put the brakes on it last year and I still did a 6 week mock-preparation to see what needed work.
