    Hey

    Im around 210 in these pix can sum1 with contest experience give me an idea what bodyfat% im @ and what i should roughly be looking to weigh in @ in contest condition

    Around 20% I would say, possibly higher without seeing the back.

    But that's irrelevant, just keep cutting until you are in the condition you consider to be stage worthy I would take at least 24 - 30 weeks from where you are now.
