Okay, I have been getting back into my workout routine. Here?s what I?ve worked up to as of tonight:
* 3-5 minutes strectching
* 15 knuckle pushups
* 25 situps
* 10 Hindu Pushups
* 30 reverse crunches
* 7 minutes jumping rope
* 3?15 bench dips (I have 2 sorta-benches I can do dips off of)
* 3?10 alternating hamstring curls @ 15 pounds
* 3?10 machine pec flyes @ 33 pounds
* 3?8 stiff-leg deadlifts with 12 pound dumbbells
* 4 minutes row machine on resistance setting 2
* 15 burpees
* 3?12 lat pulldown @ 44 pounds
* 3?18 bodyweight squats
* 3?10 bent over alternating dumbbell rows @ 12 pounds
* 15 knuckle pushups
* 25 situps
* 10 Hindu Pushups
* 30 reverse crunches
Total time 60 minutes
I do this 2 nights a week and either ride my bike for an hour (go to the grocery store- 30 minutes each way) or jog 1.25 miles in 11 minutes 2 nights a week.
