This video was shot on March 25th, where I guest posed in Los Alamos, NM for their show there. I am kind of disappointed with the video, I was a lot softer than I thought I was, you could see some glut striations from the side, but not the back. Perhaps a combination of lighting, not dark enough tan, or poor video quality (i had to shrink it), or perhaps I just wasn't lean enough. In any case I've improved my conditioning in the past 2.5 weeks. Keep in mind this video is of me at 5 weeks out from the natural pro qualifier Spirit of America OCB show.
hope you guys enjoy

Just a small tip. I know it's hard but you where missing a few muscles in your flexing in about 1/4 of your poses. I just seems like you forget about part of your lower body when your concentrating on upper body poses - remember your on stage and every muscle helps tord your judging. You did very well, but I think if your practiced to get rid of these small problems you might move up a place or two without a problem.
I only brought this up because you said you had another show in 5 weeks. Good luck on the next show. What did you place in this show?August 2008 310lbs
March 1st 2009 249lbs
May 2nd 2010 262lbs
Been fluctuating a bit. I am holding most of my previous losses though.
Back to cutting starting May! I went half way in 09 time to finnish the job!
Goal is to see my abs!, and to never go above 12% bf again!

That was absolutely great to watch man! I seriously envy your back, there is so much definition in there allready it looks like one of the most ripped backs allready. The legs are very shredded too, I compared them to last years posing routine and they have a lot more muscle on them.
Great work so far man! Looking like this 5 weeks out means you are going to rule all at 0 weeks out!6'6

You are very impressive. And I say that not so much for your achievements in the sport of Bodybuilding (but that is in itself) but your willingness to help others to achieve the same results and reach the same goals.
To me that is what a champion is made of....to bad in our society we don't give our trophy for that...you would probably have to move out your others.
Good luck with your endeavors.

Cool routine.
The beginning was particularly good to watch where the beat first kicks in.
You looked great.
If I was to give any constructive feedback it would be to hold your poses a bit longer imo, but this makes me feel bad to say because you're so much a better bodybuilder than me, but just my opinion.

Pretty much ditto on the above post about your physique being a goal- you are a kickass example of natural bodybuilding, great **** man.

and I didn't hold my poses very long because it was a fast song... it would look funky if I was going really slow to a fast song dont ya think?
