Lost 2 pounds in 2 days???

Two days ago I began eating clean 2500 cal/day and doing 30 mins on the eliptical machine and 60 mins bike ride 15mph.

Before my workouts I weighted myself on the digital scale at my gym. It read 187lbs. After 2 days of diet/cardio I weighted myself on the scale and it read 185lbs. How can that be? How can you lose 2lbs in 2 days???

It was water weight, I'd bet.

Yeah... it's definately water. Hell... don't be surprised if you drop 4-5 lbs in the first week alone in water.
    Success... tastes like chicken!
