So my goal is to get to 10% bf.
Was once a fat bro, now bow about 16% bf. Wanna get lower so I can bulk up withoit getting as fat.
Can i get to to 10% by doing IF/ eating at a defecit ?
Or do I need cardio?
My fat loss so far has been gradual but effective without cardio and in retaining most of my strength.
Opinions??? Reps for help

A deficit is good enough coupled with strength training. I've been on IF for 4-5 weeks now and its been great for me personally. I don't do any cardio really, maybe twice in the last month and its been HIIT. You don't NEED cardio.
If your fat loss has been consistent and you are pleased then keep doing what you're doing.

You arguably don't need any cardio at all to get to 10% bodyfat.. but cardio is beneficial as you'll reach a point where decreasing calories any further would just be stupid and counter-productive. Realistically, once you're lean and trying to get leaner, adding in cardio is necessary so you can eat sufficient amounts.. unless you enjoy starving yourself.
