Just count calories. You don't need to have such a miserably boring diet.

Are you lifting everyday? That's too much. HIIT everyday? That's too much.

Stay away from foods with lots of sodium which causes water retention (cottage cheese and jerky). You may want to up your cardio to at least 30 minutes 6 days a week.

3 weeks of of hard work and dedication and you still don't have six pack abs?

Start now and maybe you won't be scrambling for a better stomach next summer.

You will lose zero significant fat in your mid section in two weeks. You can only hope to do as the previous poster said and reduce bloat. EC stack, low sodium, low carbohydrates.

Ok got it. You want results in two weeks, you don't want to count calories, and cardio is a no-go. Have you tried praying the fat away?

the guidance their giving you is to count your calories. go on a deficit. if eating that kinda food helps u count calories and u can do it long term, go for it. Overall though, aim for 1g of protein for every lb of lbm, and just eat less. if you're at a deficit, you'll lose weight. you wont lose more than 1-2 lbs a week tho...
