Think he'll get picked up? IMO he never got enough bench time to really develop the skills needed to transition from college to the NFL. Plus he's really annoying, so I don't really care.

Agreed - at least not anymore. Messed up throwing motion, questionable ability to read a D, all sorts of crap. I think he could have transitioned into a mediocre NFL QB given 2 or 3 bench / backup seasons but now that he's been in the big show that'll never happen and as it stands he just doesn't have the skillset to play.

All he did was win when he started in the NFL and won a playoff game with his arm.
People criticize him all the time and lots of armchair quarterbacks are quick to point out how he "can't" play but all he does is win. It doesn't have to look pretty and yes he doesn't play the traditional way but he got the job done when he started, period. He's won at every level he's played at including the NFL.Free Agent

Actually through 16 career starts his record is 9-7. I wouldn't call that "all he does is win." Yeah, he pulled out some good comebacks in Denver, but people tend to overlook the fact that the defense was pretty awesome that year to keep them alive in those games. He has only completed 48% of his career passes. Until he gets his mechanics and accuracy fixed, he's not going to make it as an NFL QB. The competition is just too high at that level.

So true!
NOTE TO THE 33 NFL TEAMS: Why are you denying such a talent? Quit blackballing the poor guy. Somebody please sign him. His mechanics are poor, cant read defenses, doesn't progress in training camp....but he wins. Yup.
On another note, I do think he works hard. He is a hard worker and does try - at least from what I've read and seen. Problem is that doesn't always cut it at the professional level. Many QBs have won at the high school level, college level, but then fail in the NFL.
I do think he should move on to something else. Im sure he will be a success.
I wish Mr. Tebow the best.Last edited by PBateman2; 09-01-2013 at 06:30 PM.

I think he could make it as an hback or fullback but I wont accept that and teams dont want the media firestorm
He will try and make it as qb and not be able to
Then will end up on tv and doing missionary work and motivational speakingFounder of MMDELAD

I agree he doesn't have traditional qb talent. But he won. I think some team that is rebuilding should pick him up when they draft a qb. Let tebow play and steal all the media thunder, while you grow your new qb free of stress and too much media. Much better than just throwing your qb in to the lions. Who knows, maybe tebow will continue to win.

the jags should sign him and play him at qb
1. they are gona suck and their qbs all suck
2. they cant sell any tickets but would sell a jackload if they signed him
3. if tebow sucks then they sell 10x more ticks and merchandise this year and then get a top pick next yearFounder of MMDELAD
