    Pains in RCs

    I get a lot of pain in my RC's whenever i use my arm a lot like cleaning windows, brushing a car (carwash) so im convinced my RC's are messed up :[ what can i do?


    edit: just saw sticky about RC injuries. but feel free to post helpful info if you have any :]
