On a whim I've decided to compete raw with wraps in less than 8 weeks.
I honestly have no clue where I will be at in terms of numbers, and that is part of what is going to make this fun.
The plan is to start light build into it slowly as I re learn the technique.

On the pauses I discovered a slightly narrower stance works better. I will do some more playing around with this on my DE squats this weekend.
