i'd say MAXIMUM 30 seconds. its called a superset for a reason dude.
btw i never recommend supersetting movements that hit the same muscle. for example supersetting barbell curls with dumbell curls is utterly pointless. why not just lift more weight for more reps on each exercise individually with adequate rest if you superset a bicep exercise with a tricep exercise, thats a different storyMaster total

The point of a superset is to not rest...
